December 21st 2003 - Stawell, Victoria. Flash Flooding
Myself and two other chasers (Andrew McDonald & Chris Gribben) were
in Stawell, Western Victoria, witnessing a fast moving thunderstorm
squall line move through. We had torrential rain resulting in flash
flooding, videos shown below:

We round a corner in Stawell and confronted by a developing lake in
the streets!

Stormwater drains at their limit and well beyond, shows residential
flooding. Note the water flowing along (& under) the fences!
