Merimbula NSW March 10th - 13th 2004

Situated on the NSW South Coast, 7½ hours drive from Melbourne, Merimbula is a beautiful seaside resort on the Sapphire Coast. I think we found our seachange destination over these few days and I thought it would be nice to share some of the sights I managed to capture on camera. The photographic highlight for me was the sunrise of Saturday 13th March taken on the main beach at Merimbula. I hope you enjoy all of the images below as much as I have, there's a few that will look great printed and framed (I will be printing some for myself) so if you want any for yourself please let me know!

This first set of images were taken during sunrise on March 13th, using a Nikon 5700 Digital camera, tripod mounted, with in-camera high contrast and filters. Some of the images exceed 100K but they need to, to bring out the fine detail I'm trying to convey:
