Mount Wellington Stereoscopic Pictures

Postby wingtipvortex2 on Mon Aug 24, 2009 8:37 pm

Hey everyone, ive been a long time fan of photographs and movies made in 3D, so i thought id try my hand at doing some 3D pics of our majestical mountain. This is my first try so be easy on me

You will need a pair of Red/Cyan 3D goggles to view these. If you dont have any, let me know as i can soon organize a set or two for you.
These pics were taken with a run of the mill Kodak digital camera, one image for left eye, one for right. I then get to work on correcting the 2 images, and blending into 1 image. Parallax and framing can be a nightmare when using a single camera method, but as ive said, its my first trial run :D

See what you think and let me know how it looks for you.
Cheers,
Andy.
Edit:These pictures are much sharper in their original resolution, these may seem slightly out of focus. It is the bleed of red/cyan because of the lower res.
