	16 Dec 2002		Altocumulus with the bases showing stable features while turrets bubble away above - a sign that the atmosphere is becoming both a) more unstable in the middle levels and b) more organised. On this particular afternoon there were isolated middle level storms along the ranges. Bases were between 10,000 and 14,000'.	As per previous photo.
